Nick Davis - BE, Fellowship Manufacturing Mgt, Cert Bus Mgt, Dip Bus Mgt, CMIME, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

• Nick has been involved in Operational Improvement as both an Internal and external Consultant for over 15 years. He is a client approved Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Personal Effectiveness Coach.
• Following a degree in Engineering Design and Manufacture, Nick joined Carnaud Metalbox as a graduate engineering trainee. Here he was involved in both Operational and Corporate roles throughout the UK, Europe & the US.
• After a spell in Bilbao, Spain he returned to the UK to undertake the Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University which resulted in him joining the University’s Business Consultancy.
• After 4 years at Cranfield, Nick joined Pera Neville Clarke where he headed up the Operational Improvement Practice, managing a team of trainers and consultants covering Lean, Six Sigma, Quality and Product Design.
• Currently Nick is training and coaching project teams from a wide range of industry sectors and at varying levels of improvement maturity on Lean and Six Sigma transformation programmes. While based in the UK, Nick works frequently in both the UK and Ireland.
